Information about the Directory:
Searches can be completed using any of the fields, legal name or common name.
The “City” is registrants primary place of work.
The Public Directory includes a legend at the bottom of the table: “has conditions ( ⚠️ )”, “has disciplinary findings (❗️).” *These do not apply to registrant unless these symbols are right next to the member’s name and on the registrant’s details page.
Individuals registered on the general register have met the competency requirements for the professions of Counselling Therapist, Addiction Counsellor, and/or Child and Youth Care Counsellor, which include evaluation of their education, supervised practice, and good character assessment with vulnerable sector check. Individuals on the general register can practice independently.
